I still can't believe that the number one killer in the world right now is no longer animal products but an insane amount of sugar and carbohydrates. Biscuits and bread looked so innocent to all of us and we offer it to others a lot. That, combined with a sedentary lifestyle is the number one killer now. You wouldn't wish a slow and painful death to anyone so maybe by now you will want to remove all those sugary drinks and starchy flour-ry snacks from your weekly grocery list
